Minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation required. Notification for cancellation should be via email or phone call to our Customer Service line(1-800-842-9738) Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm EST and is subject to confirmation in writing via email.
When cancelling an order that has already been shipped the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
A receipt must accompany all returns for an exchange or refund. There is a $5 restocking fee on each return item, the restocking fee is $20 if the shoe box has been taped or altered in any way, or damaged. Also, there is a $20 restocking fee for all special orders.
Exchanges and returns must be within 30 days of invoice date, in the following condition:

In original undamaged packaging
With all tags and labels not removed.
One free exchange per purchase only. Additional exchanges have a fee of $6 via UPS Ground. Shipping is not refunded.
